I like to take a unique client approach with all my clients, and I ask a lot of the tough questions so that we can get down to what is truly most important.  By defining my client’s goals and dreams I am able to tailor a financial plan exclusively for them and their needs. So, for me, my clients aren’t just my number one priority, their goals and dreams are too.

I started in the financial services industry during the mid-eighties. Throughout my time in the industry, I gained an assortment of skills from working as a private bookkeeper, government accounting clerk, private industry owner, employee, and banker. These skillsets have helped me to hone my role as an advisor.

When I first started as an advisor over sixteen years ago, managed money was not accessible to everyone, so I actually built investment portfolios for my clients. That is how I started to specialize myself in this area. It’s also the reason I enjoy working with businesses just as much as I do with families and individuals across Canada.

Since entering in this field, I have had the opportunity to guest speak at SAIT, teach a business planning course, and present numerous seminars and webinars in both Alberta and Ontario. I am a proud member of ADVOCIS and I hold my Alberta Commissioner for Oaths. I am also quite grateful to be able to mention I was nominated 9th in the Top 100 magazine for Financial Planners in North America 2020.

In my spare time I enjoy relaxing with my loving husband, and three wild cats. You will often find me reading a good mystery book and sipping on a glass of good wine or scotch.  Spending time with family is one of the most important pastimes to me as I have a beautiful daughter and three wonderful stepdaughters. They are all adults and enjoying life on their own terms across the country, so I always look forward to our time together.
